Job Summary A well-established 4-star hotel in Cape Town is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Reservations / Revenue Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue performance through effective pricing strategies, inventory control, and reservations management while leading and developing the Reservations team. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the Reservations Department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy Control room inventory, rate structures, and restrictions across all distribution channels Analyze demand, market trends, and competitor activity to inform pricing decisions Forecast occupancy and revenue, producing daily, weekly, and monthly reports Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Front Office teams Ensure optimal performance of the PMS, channel manager, and booking engines Lead; train, and motivate the Reservations team to achieve departmental targets Ensure compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, and SOPs Requirements Proven experience as a Reservations Manager, Revenue Manager, or similar role Experience in a 4-star hotel with 200+ bedrooms Strong knowledge of revenue management principles and strategies Advanced experience with hotel PMS and channel management systems (Opera or similar preferred) Excellent analytical, forecasting, and reporting skills Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume hotel environment How to Apply Interested candidates should submit their CV and a recent profile photo.
