Guest Operations Administrator Newlands; Cape Town As our Guest Operations Administrator ; you are an inspiring, empowering, and results-oriented individual with a keen eye for detail and strong administrative skills. Providing comprehensive administrative support to the departments within the Guest Operations Portfolio, facilitating smooth operations and contributing to the overall success of the services provided by the Guest Operations Portfolio, you will process all administrative duties related to running the Housekeeping, Laundry, and Cleaning Departments (which comprises Kitchen Stewarding and Public Area Departments). Aside from this, you will be assisting the various HODs with departmental administration, ensuring that rostering across all relevant departments is communicated timeously on all relevant platforms and that rosters are captured in the time and attendance systems. Ensuring all pay and leave paperwork is timeously and correctly captured, you will also assist with guest amenity and cleaning supply stock ordering across Guest Operations, as well as maintaining accurate staff files per department within Guest Operations. You have a Matric Certificate with at least 2 years’ experience in an administrative role in a busy, upmarket establishment. You have the flexibility to work across multiple departments. You are computer-literate in Microsoft Windows applications, familiar with stock management applications (Materials Control), time & attendance systems, rostering, and hotel Property Management Systems such as Opera . You bring precision and a strong commitment to quality to everything you do, ensuring results that surpass expectations. Your exceptional planning and listening skills, combined with strong social skills, enable you to collaborate effectively and build meaningful relationships.
