About the Role
We are looking for a Field Engineer with a strong electrical background to join our technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and supporting Tracepan systems at client sites. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in the field, solving problems, and engaging directly with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission Tracepan systems at customer sites
- Perform system setup and testing
- Provide on-site technical support and fault-finding
- Train customers on system operation
- Complete installation and service documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety and electrical standards
Requirements
- Electrical qualification (Electrician / Electrical Technician / Engineering Diploma)
- Proven experience working with electrical systems in the field
- Ability to work independently and travel to client sites
- Valid driver’s licence
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Advantageous
- Experience with similar monitoring/traceability systems
- Industrial or manufacturing environment experience
