Front of House Managers – High-End Restaurant – Bryanston Johannesburg Our client, a well-established, high-end restaurant in Bryanston, Johannesburg is seeking two experienced Front of House Managers to join their team. This role is suited to strong, hands-on hospitality professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading high-performing teams. Description: The Front of House Managers will oversee the daily operations of both front and back of house, ensuring service runs smoothly and efficiently at all times. You will be the key link between the floor, kitchen, and management, ensuring seamless coordination and a consistently high standard of service. Responsibilities include managing service, handling guest feedback and complaints professionally, overseeing staff performance, and ensuring that all health and safety standards are maintained. The role also involves stock control, reporting, and administrative duties, as well as supporting recruitment, training, and staff development. You will play an active role in maintaining the restaurant’s reputation, assisting with marketing initiatives, and ensuring the team is motivated, well-trained, and aligned with service standards. This is a high-pressure role requiring strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to think on your feet. Requirements: 3–4 years’ experience in a Senior Restaurant Manager / Floor Manager role Hospitality qualification advantageous Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent guest relations and problem-solving ability Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong administrative and organisational skills Willingness to work long hours and start asap Salary: R25,000 – R35,000 CTC per month
