Job Summary
A well-established company in Bloemfontein is looking for a professional and experienced IT Technician / Sales Manager to join their team. This dual-role opportunity requires someone with a solid technical foundation as well as strong business and sales skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for both managing IT systems and driving the company's sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide IT support, including troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networks

Manage and maintain internal IT infrastructure and systems

Implement and oversee software installations, updates, and staff training

Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals

Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

Generate reports, manage sales pipelines, and conduct data analysis using Excel

Contribute to business growth through effective sales and customer service
Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience in IT support, software, business management, and sales

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data analysis)

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Ability to multitask, manage projects, and meet deadlines

Relevant qualification or certification in IT, Sales, or Business (advantageous)
Remuneration:
-
R30 000 – R40 000 per month, depending on experience
-
Annual increase of 10% to 20%, based on performance and experience.
