Job Summary
Our client, a vibrant and design-forward business in Bloemfontein, is seeking a Project Manager with a strong sales background, a flair for interior design, and the resilience to lead in a high-energy, client-facing environment.
This role requires a hands-on individual who thrives on multitasking, delivers under pressure, and can balance both the creative and business sides of project management.
Minimum requirements:
- Matric
- 3+ years’ experience in project management and sales, preferably in the construction industry
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
- Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of SketchUp, AutoCAD, and CorelDRAW (or similar design programs)
- Skilled in 3D design and detailing (beneficial but not essential)
- Assertive and confident personality – able to take initiative and make decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication, time management, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with client service
- Skilled in using social media for business and marketing
- Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (spoken and written)
- Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Marketing, or Business are beneficial

Duties and responsibilities:
- Compile accurate quotations and invoices for clients
- Conduct cold calling and actively pursue new business leads
- Drive sales through excellent product knowledge and customer service
- Manage social media platforms, including content creation and engagement
- Oversee and maintain the showroom, ensuring it reflects the brand’s aesthetic
- Handle customer queries with professionalism and efficiency
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales
- Lead interior-focused projects from concept to completion, coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and clients
Remuneration:
R 10 000 - R 15 000 (depending on experience)
