Job Summary
Our client is looking for a Product Specialist who provides in-depth knowledge about a specific product or product line for Fleet Management, acting as a bridge between the company and its installation teams. This role requires a thorough understanding of the product’s features, benefits, and how it aligns with the company’s goals to effectively serve the client’s needs. The Product Specialist works closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure product success and customer satisfaction.

Minimum requirements:
- Matric
- Non-smoker
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Must have minimum of 1 year experience in tracking devices and IT knowledge
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle
- Must have sales and marketing experience
- Computer literate in Python

Duties and responsibilities:
- Product Expertise:
- Possess a thorough understanding of the product’s specifications, functionalities, and applications
- Training and Support:
- Train internal teams on product knowledge and provide support to customers and clients
- Market Analysis:
- Analyze market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with various departments, including development, to ensure a cohesive approach to product development and launch
- Feedback and Improvement:
- Collect customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights to enhance the product
Remuneration:
R 15 000 Cost to Company (Inc company vehicle) + Laptop and Cellphone Allowance + Commission
Work hours:
Monday - Friday: 07h30 - 17h00
