Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Product Presales Engineer to join a dynamic team within the electronic security and video surveillance industry. The successful candidate will provide technical support to the sales team, assist with product positioning, and contribute to the development of technical and marketing materials for advanced security solutions.

Responsibilities
•Develop and review technical materials related to product launches and solutions.
•Provide technical support and strategic guidance to the sales team based on customer requirements.
•Represent products and solutions at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
•Create and maintain technical documentation, product specifications, and solution overviews.
•Conduct testing and evaluations of CCTV and security products, including competitor analysis.
•Develop technical presentations and product demonstrations for clients and stakeholders.
•Assist in creating impactful product messaging and marketing initiatives.
•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate technical positioning of products and solutions.
•Support project planning and implementation activities where required.

Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
•Minimum of 2 years’ experience in technical sales, sales engineering, product marketing, or sales support within the video surveillance or security technology industry.
•Strong understanding of CCTV systems, including storage, transmission, intercom, and access control technologies.
•Experience in creating technical and visual presentation materials.
•Proficiency in Adobe products, including Photoshop, video editing tools, and PowerPoint.
•Strong project management and organizational skills.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
•Experience in product testing and competitor analysis within the security technology market.
