Job Summary

Financial Manager- Social Economic Impact Organisation

Salary: R800K

Contract Type: 2 Year contract, on-site (Sandton)

We are looking for an experienced Finance professional outside of Auditing, preferably a qualified CA, from professional services who will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting analysis and consolidations etc all supporting a high-impact partnership with an NGO across SADC regions. The role also involves a lot of monthly reconciliations and payroll responsibilities.

Requirements:

Completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Group consolidation experience required in a Multi-currency environment
2-5 years of experience in Management Accounting from professional services
Postgraduate degree or certification (e.g., CA, CFA) is highly desirable
Strong financial analysis, accounting, and communication skills. Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Excel, SAP) and accounting systems.

Financial Planning and Budgeting:
Financial Information Consolidation across SADC regions: Monthly consolidation of financial information gathered from SADC regions (Namibia, Zim, Malawi, Zambia, Botswana, Lesotho)
Financial Reporting
Monthly Reconciliations
Payroll Management
Financial Analysis
Accounting and Compliance
Cash Management
Financial Risk Management
