Business Development Manager-Youth Job Placements
Salary: R700 000 per annum
Contact Type: 2-year fixed term contract
Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to build and manage strategic employer partnerships across Southern Africa (Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia, Eswatini, Lesotho, Malawi, and Zambia). The successful candidate will identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with corporate, public sector, and industry bodies to secure one-year graduate placement opportunities for programme participants. This role will drive business development, strengthen employer engagement, and position the programme as a trusted source of graduate talent across the region.

Requirements for consideration
· Bachelor’s degree in business management, Marketing, Human Resources, Public Relations, Commerce, Economics, Development Studies, or a related field.
· Proven track record of developing strategic partnerships and achieving business development targets.
· At least 5–7 years' experience in business development, employer engagement, partnerships, management consulting or account management.
· Experience working with corporate organisations and senior business leaders.
· Experience within employment, skills development, higher education, youth development, or workforce development programmes
· Experience working across multiple countries or within the Southern African region is an advantage.
· Valid passport and ability to travel into Southern Africa is essential.
