This role is pivotal in supporting the company's growth trajectory by ensuring accurate transaction processing and reliable financial insights.

Where You'll Make an Impact

• Capture non-automated investment transactions within internal database systems
• Maintain detailed line-by-line investment reports and accounting records
• Process accounting entries related to conversions, capital calls, and distributions
• Reconcile investment positions and investigate discrepancies
• Set up securities and pricing for both quoted and unquoted investments
• Perform NAV calculations for Private Equity investments
• Ensure all instructions and activities adhere to deadlines and accuracy standards
• Collaborate with internal teams, external financial institutions, asset managers, and service providers to facilitate smooth operations

Requirements:

• Appropriate degree or higher diploma
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience within the financial services or investments industry
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and modern financial accounting software
• Strong understanding of Double Entry Bookkeeping and Multi-Currency accounting
• Excellent organizational skills
• Knowledge of RPE and management principles

Familiarity with the following:

• Investment transaction processing and reporting
• Private Equity valuation and NAV calculations
• Reconciliation and investigation techniques
