Overview:
To carry out the prescribed daily duties along with ad hoc administrative duties and to provide help and support to the stockbroking team, responding promptly and responsibly to all and any requests from both the stockbrokers and dealing with clients requests directly.

Responsibilities:
· On-board and maintain client accounts (individual, corporate, trust & estate late) for both local and international accounts
· Set up and maintain client online access
· Process payments and cash transfers
· Process internal and external share transfers
· Process share allocations
· Assist clients with Corporate Action elections
· Assist clients with generating statements/contract notes and tax packs
· Process Auto Call and Structured Product applications, calls and rolls
· Assist with Local and Currency Trading requests (including local settlements and offshore remittances)
· Assist with general client queries and resolutions (including technical and digital)
· Assist with writing records for clients
· Actively engage with stakeholders in order to identify opportunities to improve our services
· Participate in and encourage knowledge-sharing and cross-skilling within the team
Requirements:
· 2-3 + years’ experience in a financial services provider
· MS Office Suite - Advanced Excel would be advantageous, any financial planning software (XPlan, AtWork, etc). Any research software (Bloomberg, Morningstar. IRESS)
· Fluent in English and Afrikaans. Excellent communication and writing ability
· Entrepreneurial mind-set. Ability to work independently and within a team. Ability to build relationships internally and externally. Be open to learning and challenging yourself as well as sharing your own best practises and knowledge with the rest of the team
· Effective planning and organising skills, with the ability to prioritize and track multiple tasks
· Willing to work beyond traditional working hours and under pressure
· Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
· Well-presented and confident in front of High-Net-Worth clients
· High work ethic and integrity at all times
· Proactive, self-starter and independent thinker
