WatersEdge Solutions is looking for a meticulous and curious QA Engineer to join a high-performing product and engineering team. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on unearthing edge cases, validating complex features, and building the confidence that comes with bug-free releases.

About the Role
You'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of a fast-growing SaaS platform used by clients around the world. Working alongside developers, product managers, and QREs, you’ll own manual test plans, identify risks early, and help shape our release readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for new features and improvements.

• Perform functional and exploratory testing that mimics real-world usage across different client setups.

• Own regression testing for critical workflows and work closely with QREs to prioritize automation.

• Document bugs clearly with detailed reproduction steps, logs, and screenshots.

• Collaborate across product and engineering to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development process.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years’ experience in QA, software testing, or product validation.

• A deep understanding of web applications and business logic testing.

• Creative and consistent manual testing skills.

• Strong attention to detail in writing bug reports and test documentation.

• Comfort with tools like GitHub, staging environments, and admin interfaces.

Nice to Have

• Experience with B2B SaaS or multi-tenant platforms.

• Familiarity with Django admin, permissions, and data structures.

• Understanding of payroll, HR, or accounting systems.

• Exposure to tools like Postman, Selenium, or Cypress.

• Ability to read API specs and inspect logs (e.g., Sentry, browser console).
