Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management
Build, manage and retain a portfolio of wealth-sector Introducing Partners.
Develop trusted relationships with Independent Financial Advisors, wealth managers and financial planning firms.
Act as the primary point of contact for all foreign exchange requirements.
Conduct regular relationship meetings and portfolio reviews.
Identify opportunities to deepen existing partnerships and increase referral activity.
Business Development
Identify and onboard new Introducing Partners within the Western Cape.
Develop targeted business development strategies to grow market share.
Build relationships with key decision-makers across the wealth management industry.
Represent the business at networking events, industry functions and partner engagements.
Consistently achieve revenue and partnership growth targets.
FX Advisory & Client Support
Guide partners and their clients through the onboarding process.
Assist with FICA, KYC and compliance requirements.
Provide consultative foreign exchange solutions including:
Ensure clients receive an efficient and seamless service throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Compliance & Risk
Ensure all transactions comply with:
South African Reserve Bank (SARB)
Financial Surveillance (FinSurv)
FICA
AML legislation
Internal compliance requirements
Maintain accurate client and partner records.
Escalate compliance concerns where necessary.
CRM & Administration
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management.
Prepare activity reports and sales forecasts.
Record partner interactions and opportunities.
Monitor referral activity and conversion performance.
Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.

Experience Required
3–5 years' experience in Business Development, Sales or Relationship Management.
Experience within Financial Services, Banking, Investments or Wealth Management.
Proven success managing and growing strategic business partnerships.
Experience working with IFAs, Wealth Managers or Financial Planners highly advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue and sales targets.
Experience working within a regulated financial services environment.
