Job Summary
Job Description:
As the Financial Assistant, your duties include the following:
Prepare and submit banking documentation, assist with opening new company accounts, and manage corporate card applications
Assist with drafting and processing agreements, vendor onboarding, credit applications, and FICA documentation
Oversee general office admin functions such as stationery purchases, printer maintenance and maintaining business information records
Provide ongoing administrative support across finance and operations to ensure smooth daily and monthly workflows
Coordinate annual business license renewals for all trading companies, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission
Process and manage insurance claims, policy updates, and renewal declarations
Support company fleet operations, including vehicle procurement licensing, servicing and contract administration
Manage company mobile phone applications, contracts, and policy compliance
Handle foreign supplier transactions, including invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, and exchange-rate updates
Maintain and manage prepaid meal and reward card balances, usage reporting, and top-ups for learners and staff
Skills & Experience:
1-2 years of experience in office or finance administration
Experience working with MS Office Suite
Ability to multitask, prioritize and work well under pressure
Qualification:
Completed Grade 12/ Matric required
Tertiary qualification would be advantageous
