Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full finance function and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow processes
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and internal controls
- Monitor and enhance operational efficiencies across the business
- Drive collections strategies and oversee debtor management processes
- Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to leadership
- Assist with legal and regulatory matters affecting the business
- Manage month-end and year-end reporting processes
- Support audit requirements and stakeholder engagements
- Work closely with executive management on key business initiatives and projects
- BCom
- 10 years' experience
- Previous Financial Controller experience will be advantageous
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
