Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Perform monthly reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
- Assist with month-end and year-end reporting processes
- Prepare journals and review accounting transactions
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Process and reconcile bank accounts
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Support audit requirements and statutory submissions
- Provide financial insights and administrative support to management
Qualifications & Skills:
- BCom
- Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles
- 2+ years post-article accounting experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
