Are you passionate about enterprise process architecture, business process management, and driving large-scale transformation?
We are looking for an experienced Process Architecture & BPM Capability Specialist to lead the development and evolution of enterprise-wide process architecture and BPM capabilities. This role will play a key part in enabling end-to-end traceability across business processes, systems, and data while driving operational efficiency, governance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
-Define and maintain enterprise process architecture (L0–L4)
- Establish and govern process standards, taxonomy, and modelling frameworks
- Design and implement BPM governance and operating models
- Drive BPM maturity and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage and optimise BPM/process mining platforms (ARIS, Celonis, or similar)
- Enable traceability across processes, systems, data, and controls
- Collaborate with Architecture teams to align business processes with technology solutions
- Identify automation, optimisation, and process improvement opportunities
- Develop process performance metrics and reporting frameworks
- Support and grow a Process Engineering Community of Practice
Requirements:
? Proven experience in Enterprise Process Architecture and BPM implementation
? Strong BPMN modelling expertise
? Hands-on experience with ARIS, Celonis, or similar BPM tools
? Experience linking business processes to systems, applications, and data architecture
? Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
? Ability to operate across multiple business areas and transformation initiatives
Advantageous:
- Financial Services or Banking experience
- Exposure to Agile or Federated delivery environments
- Experience with Process Mining, Automation, and Digital Transformation initiatives
