This is the first‑ever deployment of Temenos T24 core banking across multiple markets. Whoever takes this role will set the playbook for every future rollout. You won’t inherit — you’ll create.
What You’ll Lead
End‑to‑end technical ownership of T24, Credit, Card & Payments, ATM/POS
Multi‑country platform configuration, upgrades & deployment
Seamless integration & straight‑through processing across the ecosystem
Release delivery with vendors & engineering teams
Building and scaling a high‑performing technical team from scratch
What We’re Looking For
11+ years in technical product/platform leadership (6–7+ in management)
Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams on major technical builds
Core banking experience — Temenos T24 a strong plus
Degree/diploma qualification; TOGAF, SAFe or PM certifications a bonus
? Location: Multi‑market scope means flexibility is key.
