Where You'll Make an Impact:
- Create, amend, block, and retire asset master records to ensure data integrity.
- Review asset classes and maintain asset master data accurately.
- Manage capitalization dates, useful lives, and asset acquisitions.
- Execute asset transfers, disposals, scrapping, and retires in compliance with company policies.
- Support asset impairments, revaluations, and depreciation processes.
- Reconcile FI-AA with the General Ledger, prepare fixed asset registers, and produce audit schedules.
- Assist with IFRS/GAAP asset reporting requirements.
- Develop and maintain project definitions, budgets, and monitor project performance.
- Oversee asset under construction (AUC), project settlements, and capital expenditure governance.
- Manage inventory, material master records, stock transfers, and inventory adjustments.
- Reconcile inventory postings with the General Ledger and manage inventory-related accruals.
Duties:
- Oversee asset master data creation, amendments, and retirements.
- Manage asset acquisitions, disposals, and transfers.
- Conduct depreciation calculations, validations, and error resolutions.
- Support year-end asset valuation and IFRS/GAAP compliance.
- Develop project budgets, monitor expenses, and perform variance analysis.
- Control material and inventory records, including stock movements and adjustments.
- Ensure inventory valuation accuracy and reconcile with the General Ledger.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in asset management and financial reporting.
- Solid understanding of SAP and data management principles.
- Strong accounting background, preferably within the banking industry.
- Knowledge of inventory management, project management, and reconciliation processes.
- Ability to adapt to hybrid work arrangements.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
