This is a senior leadership role for an accomplished banking professional ready to take full accountability for regional home loans performance. You will act as the most senior representative of the home loans business in the region, driving profitable growth, market positioning, and operational excellence.
The role focuses on translating national home loans strategy into a clear regional plan, mobilising sales and channel teams, and building strong partnerships across the property ecosystem. You will balance commercial outcomes with customer experience, governance, and people leadership to deliver sustainable results.

What You’ll Do
Develop and execute a regional home loans strategy aligned to national objectives
Lead regional sales and channel teams to achieve profitable growth targets
Position the home loans business as a market leader with key property stakeholders
Drive active sales management across channels, balancing performance, risk, and cost
Build and maintain strong relationships with mortgage originators, estate agencies, developers, and attorneys
Monitor regional performance, identify root causes of underperformance, and implement corrective actions
Influence internal value chain partners across credit, pricing, operations, and customer experience
Champion customer service excellence and remediate service failures at regional level
Represent the business at regional leadership and industry forums
What You Bring
B-degree in Commerce or equivalent NQF Level 7 qualification
Minimum 10 years’ banking experience, including at least 5 years in regional or sales management
Deep understanding of retail banking and home loans environments
Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably within credit-related products
Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability
High levels of numeracy, literacy, and commercial acumen
