This senior leadership role sits at the centre of a major transformation journey within a large retail banking environment. The Executive: Business Transformation will lead the strategic evolution of the Home Loans business, ensuring alignment with broader retail banking capabilities while accelerating digital innovation and operational efficiency.
You will be responsible for delivering large-scale strategic initiatives, integrating customer journeys across the wider banking ecosystem, and embedding digital transformation through emerging technologies and external partnerships. The role combines strategic programme leadership, enterprise collaboration, and operational transformation to position the business as a category leader in the market.

What You’ll Do
• Lead the strategic transformation agenda for the Home Loans business
• Plan and execute major strategic initiatives and continuous improvement programmes
• Oversee transformation portfolios, governance structures, and decision frameworks
• Drive digital transformation through emerging technologies and fintech or proptech partnerships
• Integrate processes and capabilities across the broader retail banking ecosystem
• Re-engineer business processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and customer experience
• Establish strong stakeholder partnerships across internal divisions and external partners
• Ensure transformation initiatives deliver measurable value and commercial outcomes
• Lead and mentor a high-performing transformation team
• Embed a culture of continuous improvement, compliance, and operational excellence
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree
• 8–10 years’ experience in a senior leadership role driving business transformation or strategic change
• Strong exposure to large-scale change within banking or complex enterprise environments
• Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide programmes
• Ability to evaluate and challenge business cases and drive commercial outcomes
• Exposure to technology-enabled transformation initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management across executive and external partner environments
• Demonstrated ability to integrate complex processes and deliver measurable benefits
