This role is accountable for transforming the home loans portfolio through value innovation, strategic partnerships, and integrated product solutions that simplify monetisation and deepen customer relationships. You will lead segment and product strategy, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth while positioning the business as a category leader in chosen markets.
Working across the broader retail banking ecosystem, you will translate deep consumer insights into differentiated product offerings, oversee end-to-end product management, and deliver seamless integration across customer journeys. A strong commercial mindset and the ability to execute complex initiatives are essential.

What You’ll Do
Define and drive segment and product strategies informed by evolving customer needs and behaviour.
Lead product management, value innovation, and execution across the home loans portfolio.
Establish performance metrics to track product success and inform strategic shifts.
Identify, design, and execute strategic partnerships that enhance competitiveness and customer experience.
Develop compelling commercial business cases and go-to-market strategies.
Lead end-to-end partnership lifecycle from opportunity assessment to execution and expansion.
Manage and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Engage senior internal and external stakeholders, including partners, regulators, and industry bodies.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree.
8–10 years’ experience in a senior product or business development role, ideally within banking or financial services.
Proven experience in product category management and commercialisation.
Strong track record in strategic partnership development with clear commercial outcomes.
Experience driving digital transformation and complex business integration initiatives.
Solid understanding of consumer behaviour, design thinking, and market dynamics.
Ability to perform under pressure in a high-demand environment.
