Duties:
- Act as the primary contact for all client incidents and service requests via phone, email, and the service portal.
- Perform initial triage, accurately log details into the PSA ticketing system, and classify/prioritize tickets based on severity and SLA metrics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1 incidents on first contact whenever possible, or prepare documentation for escalation.
- Execute password resets, MFA setups, and user access provisions within Microsoft 365 environments.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues (laptops, desktops), basic local/network printer problems, and standard software operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Resolve basic M365/Outlook mail flow issues, shared mailbox permissions, and folder restriction configurations.
- Review daily system automated health checks, triage backup failure alerts, and escalate infrastructure issues as necessary.
- Maintain high levels of customer service by providing clear, detailed ticket notes and regular status updates to clients.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a help desk, support, or network operations environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network issues.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and basic network concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work on-site in Gauteng.
