Job Summary
Job & Company Description: The Project Planner will be responsible for planning, scheduling, progress tracking, and reporting across multiple workstreams within a process plant environment. The role focuses heavily on practical, on‑site project planning rather than administrative support, and requires solid experience working on large projects within an operational plant or factory setting.
You will work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Contractors to ensure project timelines, milestones, and deliverables are clearly defined, monitored, and achieved.
Education:
- Relevant qualification in Project Management, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a Project Planning role, with a strong preference for 5+ years planning experience on projects within a process plant / factory environment
- Proven experience performing in the capacity of a Project Planner (not coordination or administration only)
- Solid planning experience on plant shutdowns, upgrades, modifications, or capital projects
- Strong working knowledge and hands‑on experience with the following software:
- Primavera P3
- Microsoft Project
- Ability to develop, manage, and update integrated project schedules
- Experience with progress measurement, reporting, and baseline control
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced project environment
Contract Details:
- 6‑month contract
