Head of Change Delivery (Information Systems) Introduction Harmony Gold Mining Company is seeking a Head of Change Delivery to oversee the full portfolio of change across the organisation. This role ensures that strategic and operational change initiatives are delivered in line with business and technology strategies and supports the coordination of a long-term change journey across the group. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree (NQF 7) in Informatics or Computer Engineering (advanced degree preferred, NQF 8) Deep technical expertise in managing projects and PMOs Strong understanding of change governance principles and standards (e.g., BPMN, Archimate, PMBOK, BABOK, SAFe) Minimum 5+ years senior leadership experience in change delivery and PMO environments 10–15 years hands-on experience across change domains (portfolio/project management, business analysis, business process engineering, change management) Job Description Summary Oversee and manage the portfolio of change initiatives (strategic and operational) Align change initiatives with business strategy and manage portfolio backlog and prioritisation Establish and maintain demand forecasting and resource planning for the change portfolio Lead and develop high-performing teams across multiple change disciplines Ensure effective reporting, communication, and stakeholder engagement across the organisation Manage portfolio risks, financial performance, and governance frameworks Facilitate Change Delivery Forums and ensure alignment across stakeholders and leadership Establish and evolve PMO structures, processes, and tools to support efficient delivery
