Job Summary
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Parts Sales Executive to join a professional vehicle dealership in Johannesburg. We are looking for a target-driven sales professional with solid vehicle parts sales experience and strong customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell vehicle parts to existing and prospective customers.
Handle customer enquiries and identify the correct parts according to requirements.
Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Prospect for new business and grow the customer base.
Achieve monthly parts sales targets.
Process parts orders accurately and efficiently.
Liaise with the parts department regarding stock availability and customer orders.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Provide professional after-sales service and customer support.
Requirements:
At least 2–3 years’ experience in Vehicle Parts Sales.
Experience working within a vehicle dealership and with volume brands.
Strong selling skills with the ability to achieve targets.
Knowledge and experience working with automotive systems.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Valid SA Driver’s Licence.
Clear criminal record.
