Building and leading high-performance regional and channel leadership teams
Ensuring inventory control, stock turn optimization and shrinkage mitigation
Overseeing national retail store network
Responsible for the full operational and commercial P&L accountability across all business channels
Overseeing facilities, compliance, audit readiness and regulatory adherence
Managing payroll ratios, commission governance and cost-to-income metrics
Driving sustainable revenue growth with strict margin and cost discipline
Evaluating and executing store expansion with defined ROI and IRR thresholds
Qualification & Skills
10–15 years senior retail or commercial operations leadership experience
B Comm degree in Business management and or related field
Must have Group experience
Strong financial acumen including margin management and working capital control
Proven multi-site retail oversight (30+ locations preferred)
Experience in telecommunications, retail or high-volume consumer environments
Track record of operational restructuring and regional performance improvement
