Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee, maintain, and improve the company’s Quality Management System
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, TÜV SÜD, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate internal audits and manage external audit and certification processes
- Lead investigations into quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, products, and services
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance; conduct supplier audits and improvement actions
- Gather, analyse, and report on quality data and performance indicators
- Present quality reports and support strategic quality targets across the organisation
- Strengthen client‑focused quality practices and manage client feedback and complaints
- Provide guidance, leadership, and performance management to the Quality Team
- Support the company’s strategic growth objectives through effective quality leadership
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Business Management, or related field
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a quality leadership role
- Engineering experience is advantageous
- Quality certifications such as CQM or CQE are beneficial
- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001 requirements
- Working knowledge of engineering, manufacturing processes, and quality tools
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
- Ability to manage projects and lead improvement initiatives
