Quality Controller
A premier food and beverage solutions provider is looking for a meticulous Quality Controller to join their team. This role is vital in maintaining the integrity of product standards and ensuring full compliance with food safety regulations.
Responsibilities
Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
Maintain detailed records of all quality checks and laboratory test results.
Identify and document non-conformances, assisting with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Verify the calibration and functionality of all testing and measuring equipment.
Support the implementation and maintenance of FSSC 22000 and HACCP systems.
Facilitate sensory evaluations and routine laboratory analysis to ensure product consistency.
Requirements
Relevant qualification in Food Science, Biotechnology, or a related technical field.
Proven experience in a quality control role within the food and beverage or FMCG manufacturing sector.
Sound knowledge of food safety management systems (HACCP, ISO 22000, or FSSC 22000).
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under production deadlines.
Proficiency in technical reporting and data documentation.
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with production and laboratory teams.
