Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, TÜV SÜD, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits and certifications
- Lead investigations into quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Oversee supplier quality performance, conduct supplier audits, and drive supplier improvement programmes
- Collect, analyse, and report on quality performance metrics
- Prepare and present quality reports and ensure alignment with organisational objectives
- Drive a strong client‑focused quality culture throughout the organisation
- Manage client complaints, satisfaction metrics, and improvement programmes
- Provide leadership, support, and performance management for the Quality Team
- Support the achievement of strategic quality objectives aligned with the company’s Project 500 growth targets
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Business Management, or a related field
- Minimum of three years’ experience in quality management
- Experience in an engineering environment is advantageous
- Certification such as Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001
- Understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and quality assurance
- Strong data analysis skills and the ability to make data‑driven decisions
- Good project management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders
