We are seeking a highly capable and hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow the digital presence of multiple internal brands within the retail and technology space.
This is a broad, full-stack digital marketing role requiring a balance of strategic thinking and execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving brand visibility, engagement, traffic, and revenue through coordinated efforts across social media, paid media, email marketing, SEO, and content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day digital marketing activities across multiple brands
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish social media content across relevant platforms
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and automated customer journeys
- Create and support thought leadership content for brand channels and key stakeholders
- Produce or coordinate digital design assets for social media, email, websites, and paid campaigns
- Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Monitor campaign performance and apply data-driven optimisation to improve results
- Support SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, metadata, and content recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with product launches, promotions, and business objectives
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all digital touchpoints
- Track KPIs and deliver regular performance reports
- Stay informed on digital marketing trends, platform updates, AI tools, and emerging opportunities
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, paid media, email marketing, SEO, and content strategy
- Experience managing multiple brands or accounts simultaneously
- Proficiency in tools such as:
- Meta Business Suite
- Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Looker Studio (or similar reporting tools)
- Email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot)
- Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong copywriting skills across different platforms and audiences
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, consumer technology, or gaming industries is advantageous
- Basic design skills are highly beneficial
