Key Responsibilities

- Assume full kitchen responsibility in the Head Chef’s absence
Requirements
- Proven Senior Sous Chef or strong Sous Chef experience
- Safari lodge or remote kitchen exposure preferred
- Leadership strength and operational discipline
- Excellent organisational and kitchen administration skills
Remuneration & Benefits
- Salary 14000.00 paid in Namibian Dollars / South African Rands
- Live-in shared accommodation
- Annual leave
- When on leave / passage home covered by the company
