Job Purpose
We are looking for skilled Sales Agents with experience in long-term insurance to spearhead a new campaign. If you are a target-driven professional who excels at understanding customer needs and delivering honest, helpful solutions, we want to hear from you.
In this role, you will not only sell products but also ensure every customer interaction is meaningful. You will consistently meet and exceed sales targets, identify cross-selling opportunities, and maintain full compliance with all legislative requirements (FAIS, TCF), while providing an outstanding customer experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
Sales
- Selling products and services
- Updating databases accurately
- Conducting market research
- Providing detailed product and service information

Customer Handling
- Responding to all queries related to product information

Requirements
Education, Experience & Training
- Matric qualification
- Clear ITC and criminal record
- NQF Level 5 FAIS 120 credits (preferred)
- 1–3 years’ experience in sales, call centres, and long-term insurance
