Job Summary
REQUIREMENT:
- RSA ID and legal residence essential
- Minimum 3 years' sales experience within the hospitality, lodge, resort, hotel, or tourism industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business
- Strong knowledge of the travel trade, corporate, and leisure markets
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong presentation and communication abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Office essential
- Valid Driver's License essential
- Own reliable vehicle essential
- Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, or Sales qualification advantageous
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within corporate, travel trade, and leisure markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, tour operators, and corporate partners
- Conduct sales calls, client visits, presentations, and site inspections
- Promote lodge and resort offerings to maximise occupancy and revenue
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry functions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Collaborate with operations and reservations teams to ensure seamless client service
- Represent the company professionally and strengthen brand presence in the market
PACKAGE:
- R30,000 CTC per month
- Cell phone allowance: R500 per month
