Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to lead the design and delivery of impactful training programmes that elevate the performance of outbound sales agents.
Where You'll Make an Impact:
Develop, deliver, and facilitate engaging product and sales training sessions for new and existing outbound sales agents.
Conduct onboarding and induction training for all new hires, ensuring comprehensive understanding of products, services, trading platforms, and compliance.
Create and maintain training materials, assessments, presentations, and manuals to support effective learning.
Facilitate classroom, virtual, and on-the-floor coaching, fostering continuous development.
Monitor agent performance through call evaluations, quality assessments, and sales results to identify training needs.
Conduct refresher courses and skills workshops aimed at closing performance gaps.
Stay current with product updates, market trends, and industry developments to ensure training relevance.
Reinforce regulatory and compliance requirements within all training initiatives.
Track training attendance, completion, and effectiveness metrics, preparing reports for management.
Continuously evaluate and improve training methodologies to maximise agent success.
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience in sales training, preferably within the Fintech or Financial Services sectors.
Strong communication and teaching skills with a passion for people development.
Proven ability in performance management, coaching, and adapting training to diverse learning styles.
Resilience and resilience to stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.
In-depth product knowledge relevant to financial markets.
