Internal Sales Consultant – Centurion
Job Description
• Would be required to communicate with customers in person, by phone or email and provide quotations in line with customers’ requirements.
• Stay up to date with the product portfolio and market trends to confidently provide solutions to customers.
• Would be required to establish and build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Manage the sales cycle and complete all necessary sales activities.
• Would be responsible for the processing of orders for customers and ensuring it’s followed through to the point of completion.
• Candidate should be target driven and able to work under pressure.
Experience
• Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in a similar role.
• Experience with a CRM system e.g. SAP.
• Experience in the IT/ICT Industry would be advantageous.
• Experience in Wired and Wireless Networking, VoIP, IP Surveillance, Internal Sales, or a Call Centre environment (Advantageous).
Qualifications
• Grade 12/ Matric (Compulsory).
• CompTIA N+ Required or other Networking related qualification.
• Relevant tertiary qualification advantages (Degree or Diploma).
Soft Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrate strong work ethics.
• Show ability to communicate effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Possess Problem-Solving skills.
• Must be a team player.
• Deadline Driven.
