Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute the integrated marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, brand leadership, and marketplace engagement
Brand & Communications: Own the brand positioning, creative direction, and PR strategy to build trust and authority in the market.
Performance Marketing: Identify and scale new acquisition channels, optimize conversion funnels, and manage media investment to deliver measurable ROI
Product Marketing: Partner with Product and UX teams to translate new features into compelling customer value propositions and drive go-to-market strategies
B2B Marketing: Collaborate with Sales to develop strategies that acquire and retain business clients (agents, developers, or partners) on the platform
Lifecycle & CRM: Lead CRM strategies to improve customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value across owned channels
Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team while managing external agencies and creative partners
Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
10+ years of marketing experience, with significant exposure to digital-first or technology-driven businesses
Proven track record of scaling a consumer brand or digital platform
Strong experience across both brand marketing and digital performance marketing
Experience in marketplaces, classifieds, fintech, or proptech is highly advantageous
