This isn't a normal VA or appointment-setting role. No spam, no pushing calls, no sounding like every other sales rep. I run a UK property brand that teaches people how to make money through property and spot investment opportunities. It's built through organic content, so people already know, like, and trust us before they message. Your job is to protect that trust, read where each person is in their journey, and guide them to the right next step - free training, collecting emails, flagging investors, qualifying for events etc You'll be on the front line of the brand. Most of the audience is UK-based men in their 20s-40s, focused on property, income, and building something of their own. You need to speak to them all day in a natural, relaxed, intelligent way. You're a fit if you're: a strong English speaker, socially sharp, good at reading people through messages, calm under direct feedback, and genuinely interested in property, business, and sales psychology. Don't apply if you want an easy admin job, have no interest in money or business, or sound corporate or salesy. Pay: $1,500/month base + commission. $2,000–$4,000 expected once performing.
