We are looking for a visionary Senior Creative Director with strong conceptual, art direction and strategic skills. You are an experienced creative leader who leads through influence and collaboration, rather than title.

You are equally comfortable developing big ideas, presenting to clients and getting hands-on with execution. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy mentoring and elevating other creatives.

What You Will Do

• Shape and champion creative direction across client accounts.

• Develop integrated campaigns across digital, social, print, film, outdoor and experiential.

• Lead concepts from initial idea through to execution.

• Develop mood boards, storyboards, visual concepts and campaign directions.

• Work closely with copywriters, designers, strategists and producers.

• Present creative concepts and strategic thinking to clients.

• Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.

• Mentor and provide creative direction to designers, art directors and copywriters.

• Collaborate with fellow senior creatives within a flat team structure.

• Get hands-on with creative execution when required.

• Stay ahead of design, cultural and emerging technology trends.

What You Will Need

• 10+ years' experience in senior creative roles within an agency or brand environment.

• Relevant degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising or similar.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional art direction and integrated campaign work.

• Proven experience delivering award-worthy creative.

• Excellent conceptual, visual and strategic thinking.

• Strong understanding of typography, composition and brand systems.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar.

• Excellent presentation, communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience mentoring and inspiring creative teams.

• A hands-on, get-stuck-in attitude.

• Comfortable working within a non-hierarchical creative structure.
