Sales Administration Manager We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Sales Administration Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day sales administration function and support the wider Sales and Marketing teams. We are looking for an organised, commercially minded and hands-on Sales Administration Manager to coordinate our sales administration function. This is an operational role within the Sales Department, responsible for managing the sales administration team, supporting the sales representatives and Key Account function, overseeing sales-related stock and warehouse movements, and ensuring that accurate information flows between Sales, Production, Warehousing and other departments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support Sales Administrators / Key Account Administrators. Manage some key accounts – processing of orders and dealing with customer queries Oversee sales orders, amendments, cancellations and the Sales Order Book. Assist Sales Representatives with quotations, proformas, customer deals and product viewings. Coordinate sales-related warehouse stock and stock movements. Manage general Sales Department administration, including purchase requisitions. Maintain accurate communication between Sales, Production, Warehouse and other departments. Produce and analyse sales reports using Syspro, Excel and AI reporting tools. Assist management with sales forecasting, reporting and performance sales insights.
Requirements
Previous Sales Administration or Key Account Management experience min 5 Years Previous team management or supervisory experience. Strong Excel and data analysis skills. Experience with Syspro or a similar ERP system. Experience working with AI tools for reporting Strong numerical, organisational and reporting ability. Experience in manufacturing, wholesale, retail supply or a similar environment would be advantageous. The ideal candidate will be organised, analytical, commercially minded and confident managing both people and sales information.
