Role Summary
The Regional Lead is the heartbeat of the region. This is a strong leadership role responsible for two pillars:
1. driving commercial performance (SALES) across a portfolio of boutiques,
2. developing the people who make that performance possible.
You will be expected to be present in the stores, alive in the numbers and deeply invested in the growth of every individual in the region
What we are looking for:Experience & Background
• Proven track record in luxury retail sales — must have experience leading other retail sales staff within luxury retail
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-site or multi-team environments.
• Formal or applied training facilitation experience — comfortable designing and delivering to adult learners.
• Background in HR or people management, including performance processes and recruitment.
• Exposure to CRM-driven sales environments and data-led performance management.
Role Responsibilities50% — Regional Sales Performance
Own the regional revenue target — MTD and YTD — with full accountability for delivery.
Lead store visits with a coaching lens: identify opportunity, address underperformance, and drive conversion in the room.
Analyse performance data to identify trends, surface standout performers, and flag risk early.
50% — Talent & People Management
Recruit, onboard, and retain the right people — those with retail instinct, a career mindset, and the energy to grow.
Develop Store Managers into confident leaders capable of building and sustaining high-performing teams- including design and facilitate regional training sessions, product knowledge workshops, and sales skills development programmes.
Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions with managers and high-potential advisors.
Manage disciplinary and HR processes in line with company policy and applicable employment law.
Work with the Global Sales Director to align regional training priorities with company-wide development goals.
Lead by example in every store interaction — your presence should raise the standard.
