Where You'll Make an Impact:
Oversee and manage 12 retail stores across the Western Cape
Conduct regular store visits to ensure operational standards are met
Lead and manage staff to maximise productivity
Implement and execute strategic business plans and goals
Evaluate store performance and identify areas for improvement
Manage financials and related business tasks
Travel extensively between stores to maintain high standards and performance
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as an Area Manager in retail
Proven experience in clothing retail

Matric qualification
Valid Driver's License – Code 8 unendorsed
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent business acumen
