Job Summary
As a Store Sales Consultant, you are the face of our brand. Your main job is to welcome customers, help them find what they need, and ensure they have a positive shopping experience. You will be responsible for driving sales while keeping the store looking clean and organized.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet every customer who walks in the door in a friendly manner. Answer questions about products and help customers make decisions.
Product Knowledge: Learn about the products we sell so you can explain features and benefits to customers.
Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor tidy. Arrange displays, and make sure items are priced correctly.
Stocking: Help unload new stock deliveries
Loss Prevention: Keep an eye on the store to prevent theft and report any suspicious activity to the Manager.
Requirements:
Previous retail or customer service experience
Matric
Skills:
A friendly and positive attitude.
Good communication skills
Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
