Software Engineer (Level 3) – Shop Front Web

We are currently recruiting for a talented Software Engineer (Level 3) to join a leading e-commerce environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth setting, building scalable, high-performance web applications that directly impact customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality code into production
• Design and implement scalable system-level solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on large projects
• Review code and contribute to best practices and improvements
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise system performance
• Build and maintain reliable, customer-focused web platforms
Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar
• 3–5 years’ experience in frontend or full-stack web development
• Strong experience with Vue.js and/or Nuxt.js
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience working with REST APIs
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience working in agile environments with version control (Git)
Advantageous:
• Node.js, Nest.js, or Go (Golang)
• Cloud platforms (e.g. Google Cloud)
• Docker / Kubernetes
• E-commerce platform experience
• CI/CD pipelines and performance optimisation experience
