Are you a dynamic multitasker with a passion for organization and a knack for sales? We’re looking for an Office admin clerk who brings both administrative excellence and sales savvy to our growing team.
What You’ll Do:
•Manage day-to-day office operations with precision and professionalism
•Manage and update the Lay-by book, ensuring that sufficient stock is available and that customers are updated.
•Support the sales team with layby tracking, client follow-ups, and customer updates
•Handle incoming calls with confidence and courtesy, ensuring top-notch customer service
•Prepare reports and maintain records using Microsoft Excel
•Assist with scheduling, invoicing, and general administrative duties
What We’re Looking For:
•Minimum qualification: Matric (Grade 12)
•Proven experience in office administration
•Strong background in sales or customer engagement
•Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, spreadsheets, reporting)
•Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
