As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales function to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets. This role is ideal for a strategic, results-driven leader with strong commercial acumen, excellent people management skills, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships. You will work closely with the Marketing and Forecast Planning teams to develop sales strategies, manage performance, and ensure operational excellence.
Duties:
Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets
Set daily sales goals, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions where needed
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and product knowledge
Collaborate with Marketing and Forecast Planning to develop seasonal sales strategies
Prepare and submit accurate management reports on time
Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures and the Disciplinary Code are consistently followed
Conduct quarterly performance reviews and implement succession planning
Track market trends and recommend improvements to sales strategies
Ensure all systems are kept up to date (e.g., Monday.com, iSync)
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in a sales environment
Proven experience in performance management and team leadership
Strong reporting, analysis, and communication skills
Client services background
Proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft Office
