Our client is looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead and grow a busy retail store. This role is ideal for someone hands-on, sales-driven, and confident in managing a team.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12)
2–3 years’ experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
Strong leadership skills
Sales and target-driven mindset
Good communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations
Lead and motivate the team
Drive sales and achieve targets
Manage stock and reduce shrinkage
Ensure excellent customer service
Handle staff scheduling and performance
