? Position Purpose
To uphold the integrity and promote the image of a world-class premium brand by managing the day-to-day operations of a Retail Boutique.
You will work closely with your team and Head Office stakeholders to drive growth, elevate customer experience, and ensure operational excellence.
? Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily Boutique operations
Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service
Monitor and drive daily sales performance and profitability
Manage inventory, ordering, and loss prevention
Handle cash reconciliation, reporting, and store administration
Develop and grow Corporate Sales opportunities
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and product safety
Open and close the Boutique according to operational requirements
Submit monthly reports to Head Office
Marketing & Brand Execution
Identify and implement local marketing initiatives
Support national marketing campaigns
Ensure compliance with pricing and merchandising standards
Maintain premium in-store presentation aligned to brand guidelines
? Skills & Knowledge
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Sales-driven with the ability to build and grow business
Experience in merchandising premium products
Excellent customer service and selling ability
Strong time management and multitasking skills
High attention to detail
Proactive, self-motivated and team-oriented
Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook)
Comfortable using social media platforms

? Requirements
2–4 years’ retail management experience
Tertiary qualification preferred
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Experience in a premium retail environment advantageous
