In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements. Your expertise will support business decisions and strategic planning, particularly related to property development projects and investments. You will monitor key financial metrics to ensure the company's financial health, develop and manage the annual budget in collaboration with departmental leaders, and provide regular updates on financial performance versus budgets and forecasts, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions.
